Heavy penalties should be enforced on drivers caught using their phone while driving
KECH: While almost every driver understands that texting while driving can be dangerous, many choose to ignore it and do just that. They not only put their lives at risk but also risk the lives of those who they are traveling with and those who walk the streets.
Hence, to stop this carelessness, heavy penalties should be enforced on drivers caught using their phone while driving.
