Alcohol bust: Huge cache of liquor seized

KHANPUR: The police have arrested three persons from old Khanpur area and seized a large quantity of alcohol. The Khanpur Police on a tip-off intercepted a car at a checkpoint on Khanpur Link Road and upon search, seized big cache of liquor from the vehicle. The police arrested Malik Mushtaq, the most wanted drug dealer and his two accomplices, Waheed Mehmood and Asim Shah. On their information the police searched their hideout and seized four drums, 499 bottles of alcohol, a packaging machine and other items. The police impounded the car being used by the suspects for smuggling alcohol.
