Armed Clash: Father injured in clash, son killed

SUKKUR: Twenty-two-year-old Muneer Ahmed Khoso was killed, while his father, Manzoor Khoso, was injured in an armed clash between Panhwar and Khoso men over a land dispute in Panhwar Goth on Saturday. Several Khoso men were working in the fields, when a group of armed men from the Panhwar clan raided and opened fire on them. During the exchange of fire, Muneer Ahmed Khoso was killed, while Manzoor Khoso was injured. The victim’s body and the injured were taken to Civil hospital. Residents said the clash has already claimed three lives.
