Bunny Rabbit | 5 years ago | Reply My strong belief is that these rapes are occuring due to skewed X ratio in the north of India . Men dont get women to marry and become frustrated. They have no idea how to behave in front of women . Good free inter mingling of males and females is healthy for a society .
