Women empowerment

Published: December 18, 2018

LAHORE: Women empowerment is one of the most under-discussed social issues in the world. It implies empowering women to be able to exercise all their rights that they should have like any other member of society. Women have come a long way — from voting rights to be able to speak of their harassment experiences — yet there’s much left that needs to be achieved. A woman can be considered empowered when she feels free to make her own decisions as per her own will. She feels safe and secure at home or in any work field.
