“The world is witness to the fact that nations who pursued education have emerged as powerful and peaceful societies. Without education we can’t resolve challenges we have been facing today,” the governor said while addressing a ceremony at Cadet College Ormara on Sunday.
Yasinzai highlighted that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and other foreign investments have been opening new windows of opportunities for youth of Balochistan. He urged the students to keep focused on education.
Raisani terms education key to peaceful society
The governor lauded the college for imparting quality education to the students of Makran division.
Along with defending coastal areas of the country, Pakistan Navy has been contributing its share in the educational field, he added.
The college has been providing free educational facilities to the students of Pasni and Gwadar, he said adding that “in future students from Balochistan would lead the country”.
Yasinzai said: “Indeed, education is the only key to reprieve us from current crisis and Pakistan Navy’s initiative of establishing Cadet College in Ormarh has opened doors of success for young generation of Balochistan”.
Rear Admiral Muazzam Ilyas, Commander Cost Commodore Masood ul Hasan, Principal Cadet College and parents were present on the occasion.
