Change Of Rules: Students boycott exams in protest

MULTAN: Bahauddin Zakariya University’s BS program students on Thursday protested against changes in the examination rules and boycotted exams in protest. They demonstrated in front of the Undergraduate Department. They said the date sheet was given to them only a day before the exams. They said that under the new rules papers could not be prepared and marked by BZU faculty members. They said this was against the university rules. They added that if new rules were unavoidable then the administration could at least have announced them earlier so that student prepared accordingly. The administration said they were looking into the matter. They said exams would commence as announced.
