India's richest man Mukesh Ambani has left no stone unturned in giving his only daughter Isha a big, fat Indian wedding.

The city of Udaipur was overtaken by the glitz and glam of Bollywood as the industry's biggest stars, international business tycoons and even Hillary Clinton flew in for the much publicised event this week, reported India Today. Social media, newspapers and websites have been brimming with details about what we can only describe as the most extravagant wedding of the century, considering the very invitations included necklaces and precious stones in a two-tier floral box costing INR300,000 each ($4,236)!

From a fleet of personal jets to transport the guests to and from Udaipur to a personal Beyonce concert, here are five ways in which the Ambanis took the top prize for extravagance. Aah...lifestyles of the rich and famous...

1. Beyoncé flown in for a private concert

A 22-time Grammy winner, US singer Beyoncé was flown in to Udaipur for a special gig at Isha's pre-wedding celebrations. If reports are to be trusted, the Halo crooner charges around $4 million for  private gigs - that comes around INR210-280 million, according to Hindustan Times. Damn, that's a whole lot of money.

2. Fleet of private jets and luxury cars on hold

More than a 100 chartered flights were landed at Udaipur’s sleepy airport, a source on the spot told Reuters.

“The event will have many visitors from abroad so customs and immigration counters have been set up at the airport and will remain active for the next five days,” the airport source shared earlier.

Reports also suggested that luxury cars like BMWs and Jaguars were booked by the Ambani family to help their guests get around the city.

3. Bringing exes together

The three-day celebrations got many famous Bollywood exes grooving together - something no one has seen before!

Isha's sangeet saw Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai under the same roof, for one. Then we had Karisma Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan as well. And guess what? Aishwarya and Karisma were even seen having a great time! Talk about making the impossible possible.

4. Bollywood A-listers to backup dancers

Only the Ambanis could reduce Salman, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan to BACK UP dancers! Yes, you read that right. For once, these Bollywood A-listers were the extras in one of the performances did on the sangeet. The dance was lead by the Ambani kids.

Besides the grand Udai Vilas resort, the Ambanis reportedly also booked five-star hotels across the city for their guests, friends and family. And FYI, a single night at the venue costs approximately INR58,000.

A;so, it wasn't just the custom-made dresses that made headlines at the extravagant event. From lavish designs to napkins, everything was made to order by the celebrated Indian designer Manish Malhotra. Talk about fancy!

The actual wedding is scheduled to take place today at the Ambani residence in Mumbai.

How they spend on such events and then look at south Asia society! Well education and up bringing does play significant role. Its his money, his only daughter. Who am I to judge him? But this does qualify for absurdness considering the poverty level in India.

In my opinion, that kind of people deserve God's grace. Those 60 families will be praying for the well being of the couple as long as they live.
