Asset details: PML-N emerges as richest party from the lot
PTI comes in second with Rs110.64m worth of assets

The Election Commission of Pakistan on Monday issued details of the assets of the parliamentarians for the year 2016-17 and also revealed the richest political party. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has been found to have the most assets.
The ECP released asset details of senators, MNAs and MPAs.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan has assets worth more than Rs30.86 million. Imran has Rs20.94 million in his bank account, while in his foreign accounts he has $379.78 and seven pounds, respectively.
Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif’s assets are worth Rs270.34 million.
Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz has assets worth Rs410.154 million, including non-agricultural land worth Rs130.64 million and agricultural land worth more than Rs30 million. He has Rs4.73 million in his bank account.
Senate Deputy Chairman Saleem Mandviwala owns assets worth Rs30 million, Law Minister Farogh Naseem Rs170 million and State Minister for Interior Shehryar Afridi Rs10.59 million.
PML-N Chairman Raja Zafarul Haq has assets worth Rs40 million, Mushahidullah Khan Rs30 million and Birjees Tahir Rs2.78 million.
The son in-law of former PM Nawaz Sharif Capt (retd) Safdar has assets worth Rs870.488 million.
PPP leader Senator Sherry Rehman has assets worth more than Rs770 million, Raza Rabbani Rs100 million, while ANP leader Ghulam Ahmed Bilour has assets worth Rs200.97 million.
PML-N is the richest political party with assets worth over Rs220.21 million, PTI comes in second with Rs110.64 million, PPP third with Rs160.52 million, PPPP Rs70.92 million, PML-Q Rs50.81 million, Sheikh Rashid’s AML Rs288,268, Pak Sarzameen Party Rs3.56 million.
TLP has assets worth Rs30,250, ANP Rs40.17 million, JUI-F Rs20.82 million, JI Rs10.16 million and Pakistan Awami Tehreek Rs1.91 million.
