Shoot-Out: Kidnapped man released by police

The DPO announced Rs50,000 for the policemen.

SUKKUR: The District Police Officer (DPO), Sukkur, said that the police carried out an operation and rescued a landlord who was being kidnapped. DPO Aitzez Ahmed Goraya disclosed this at a press conference at his office. Four bandits had abducted Ramzan Arain and were taking him away in a car. Upon reaching the Barrage checkpoint, they opened fire on the police. Upon retaliation, the bandits dumped the kidnapped landlord and fled. The DPO also announced Rs50,000 for the policemen.
