Qadri says govt and NGOs are taking steps for organising training camps for pilgrims

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Dr Noorul Haq Qadri Sunday said that government was utilising all resources to provide best facilities to Hajjis (pilgrims) so that they could perform this religious obligation peacefully.
He expressed these views while addressing Hajj conference 2019 and training of pilgrims in this regard, organised by the Hajj Organisation Association of Pakistan.

The minister said that government and non-government organisations were taking steps for organising training camps for pilgrims. Hajj is a central pillar of the religion, he added.
He said that efforts were underway to arrange direct flights to Saudi Arabia from Quetta, adding concerned authorities were trying to resolve all technical issues in that regard.
HOAP’s Chairman Waheed Iqbal and Hajj Director Saeed Malik, joint secretary religious affairs Zainab Bangish were also present on the occasion.
