Missing person case: Court issues notices to respondents

Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi issued the notices.

KARACHI: Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi issued notices to the federal interior secretary, the federal defence secretary, the Sindh IGP, the Sindh home secretary and others in a missing person’s case. Zia Iqbal, brother of Azhar Iqbal, filed a petition claiming that his brother was living alone in a flat in Gulshan-e-Kaneez Fatima where he was picked up on May 7.
