Dr. Asjad Iqbal | 5 years ago | Reply Unfortunately a lot needs to be done on improving the quality at Pakistani universities. When I was on the faculty at COMSATS IIT I was one of the external examiner along with the Dean of Sciences at COMSATS. I kept sending notices to the PhD candidates at Quaid e Azam University to make a presentation on the ongoing work. They would never show up. Apparently there was the problem of professors not showing up regularly for lectures there too.
