SANGHAR: A unique situation prevails in Sindh. There is a food safety authority functioning without food-testing laboratories. There is a transport department, but there are no buses. There is the KWSB but there is no water in taps. There is no water in taps, but there are water charges. There is a government department to check adulteration of food, but adulteration goes on unchecked. There are hospitals, but there are neither doctors nor medicines. There are schools and colleges, but there is no education. There are laws on speed limits of vehicles, but serious accidents go on occurring frequently. Sure there are elections and ministers and officials and their lavish lifestyle. What an achievement my countrymen to advertise on billboards!
