According to FC officials, two of those arrested are human smugglers.

Human smugglers, over 100 foreigners arrested in Chaman

QUETTA:

Frontier Corps personnel on Wednesday arrested 144 Tajik, Afghan and Uzbek nationals from Darra Khozak area of Chaman during an operation.


The foreigners had entered Chaman illegally. Some of them were arrested while trying to cross the FC post on foot while on their way to Quetta. The remaining were arrested during an operation in Darra Khozak.


According to FC officials, two of those arrested are human smugglers.


The foreigners are said to be economic migrants who had left their areas after paying money to human smugglers for crossing the border.

Maria | 13 years ago | Reply No matter what challenges we have in Pakistan, we forget that our other Muslim neighbours are in a worse state; That's why they always want to come to Pakistan. Pakistan has done enough welcoming of foreigners. It's time to close the door and keep all foreigners out, especially Arabs, Chechens and Central Asians.
