PM Imran celebrates Diwali with cake cutting ceremony

PM also extends his greetings to the Hindu community

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday joined in on Diwali celebrations as he took part in a cake cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.

In a video shared by the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) official Twitter handle, the premier can be seen cutting a cake to celebrate the Hindu festival on the invitation of  PTI’s minority MNA Dr Ramesh Kumar Vankwani.



Happy Diwali: PM Imran Khan, celebs wish Hindu community

PM Imran also extended his greetings to the Hindu community.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail and other parliamentarians were also present on the occasion.

The prime minister had wished everyone celebrating the occasion a Happy Diwali on November 7.
