Capital scene: Online tutors a click away

Yousaf said the tutor online idea came to him when he saw overseas families

ISLAMABAD: With the advent of modern technology that brought certain changes in our lives the parents' concern of hiring a good tutor is just one click away and they can engage one of their own choice online now.

"Teaching Qura'an online to the children to the locals and overseas aspirants is not a new practice but educating students the formal subjects is just a new trend gaining popularity," Naveed Yousaf, an entrepreneur who offers tutors' service in an online center, said talking to APP.

"Initially I started training teachers years ago in private sector and now I have adopted modern trend to provide parents' quality teachers as the world was swiftly changing and new public services were being offered for the public ease and convenience, using technology" he said.

Yousaf said the tutor online idea had struck him to attract modern parents abroad and he started looking for overseas families but in Pakistan people were quite naive to this idea.
