According to the apex court, the PTI leader performed contempt of court during a TV programme. "His attitude was unprofessional too." the court stated.
The apex court granted time till November 29 to present evidence, while, AAG Sajid Ilyas Bhatti was appointed as prosecutor in the case.
The case has been adjourned till November 29.
