Sudhir Kumar Ojha accused the actor for causing disruption of road traffic

It seems like Bollywood stars have been landing themselves in legal trouble lately. Earlier this week, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's birthday bash was abruptly shut down by police. Now, Raveena Tandon seems to have landed in hot waters, reported Hindustan Times.

A court in Bihar, India directed the police to file a complaint against Raveena and two others for allegedly disturbing traffic. The actor was in Muzaffarpur last month where the incident occurred.

Indian Chief Judicial Magistrate Dipak Kumar directed Kaji Mohammadpur police station in Muzaffarpur to lodge the FIR against her and two others. This action comes after a complaint was filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha who accused them of causing disruption of road traffic.

Sudhir stated that Raveena along with Pranav Kumar and Umesh Singh were the ones to be blamed. The advocate also mentioned that it was because of the event that Raveena had to attend, that the traffic was jammed for a long time.

The accuser requested the court to file his complaint under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code and direct the police to lodge an FIR.
