Crucial SCBA election on Oct 31
According to the association’s policy, the president is elected from a different province each year. The president’s seat had been reserved for Balochistan this year with Kurd and Kanrani competing for the slot.
The SCBA body consists of the president, four vice-presidents from each province, secretary, additional secretary, finance secretary and 14 members elected from across the country (at least two from each province).
The opponents of Kurd alleged that he was a candidate of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
