SI obtained photos of model from man posing as movie producer

A Chandigarh SI raped a Mumbai-based model for months after obtaining pictures of her, Times of India reported.



The model had met the SI Navin Phogat in June to lodge a complaint against a 'movie producer' who had duped her of INR1.2 million. He then threatened to "leak her photos" if she demanded her money back. The man was quickly nabbed.



Phogat, who obtained the model's pictures from the 'producer', blackmailed her for sex for months. An inquiry has been initiated against the Chandigarh cop.
