KECH, TURBAT: Every day we witness or hear about road accidents in the country. A large number of people either die or are seriously injured in road accidents very year.
Most accidents happen due to reckless driving. Some people consider breaking traffic rules an act of heroism.
This week alone two major accidents took place in the country. The first occurred in Sargodha, Punjab, where six students and a driver died after a passenger bus crashed into a school van. In the second accident, eight women died while many suffered injuries after a passenger train hit a rickshaw at an unmanned railway crossing in Kandhkot, Kashmore.
This situation needs serious introspection.
