Contrary to popular belief, blood donation cleanses the body and saves one from different heart and lung diseases. The Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, in affiliation with the Indus Hospital, will be organising a blood donation drive tomorrow (Tuesday) at the varsity's Karachi campus. The drive aims to help those suffering from Thalassemia and other blood diseases. Indus Hospital will provide a blood report free-of-charge, which costs Rs15,000 otherwise.
