In the last 48 hours, at least four people have been killed in honour-related cases in Spin Kanri village – the jurisdiction of Parmoli police station.
Police said Bilal Khan, the accused, killed his sister Bushra Bibi and cousin Abdullah after suspecting that the two were staying at their family house in the night.

According to police, the accused has fled the scene while an FIR of double murder has been registered. An investigation is underway.
Meanwhile, Nowshera district IG police has taken notice of rape and murder of a minor girl in Azakhel neighbourhood.
Pakistan has the highest number of documented honour killings per capita despite legal reforms.
The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) recorded at least 280 such murders from October 2016 to June 2017.
