The information ministry on Friday launched a website to track Prime Minister Imran Khan's first 100-days in office to facilitate transparency regarding the government's progress and agenda.

Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry made the announcement on Twitter.

In May, the PTI presented a post-poll 100-day plan wherein it pledged to transform governance standards, strengthen the federation, revitalise the economy, revolutionise social services, ensure national security and overhaul the agricultural sector among other goals.

Meanwhile, The Express Tribune has also been keeping track of the government's initiatives in its first 100 days in office. You can follow it here.

Earlier, the cyber wing of the Federal Ministry of Information and Broadcasting created a new Twitter account to ‘identify and expose fake news and documents.’

Officials in the ministry of information and broadcasting said ‘FakeNewsBusterMoIB’ was generated following rumours of PTI lawmaker Maleeka Bokhari’s appointment as chairperson of Benazir Income Support Programme.
