We often tend to ignore the things we do on a daily basis. But these menial tasks can say a lot about our personality. The science of graphology - handwriting analysis - describes that the loops we use to write certain letters or the way we dot our 'i's can tell a great deal about a person.

Every tiny detail that we miss or neglect while writing, serves as a clue to an individual's personality. Compiled from The Indian Express, here are six things you should notice about your handwriting, that reveal details of you.

1. Size of the letters

Small handwriting implies a better concentration level. People whose handwriting is small are not only more focused, but can also complete their tasks faster than their counterparts. They are also more goal-oriented.

However, people with larger handwriting have a more broad perspective towards life. They are also a lot more creative than those with smaller handwriting.

2. Pressure while writing

If you put a lot of pressure while writing, it means that you are very emotional. It also implies that you are often very expressive about the way you feel.

On the other hand, people who exert light pressure and not really in touch with their emotions. They tend to detach themselves from feelings which makes them very practical. Light writers are also not very expressive.

3. Slant

Does your handwriting slant to the left? If so, it means that you like to mind your own business and are an introvert. But people whose handwriting tends to slant to the right are more creative.

Straight handwriting means that an individual is very logical. They are well-balanced and emotionally-intelligent.

4. Crossing your 'T's

If you cross your 't's way down the line, it means that you suffer from a low self-esteem. It also implies that you set easy targets for yourself so that you don't have much difficulty achieving them.

On the contrary, people who cross their 't's higher possess high self-esteem. They set their goals high and always aim to achieve more success.

5. Dotting your 'i's

Now this is one of the best ones. People who put a circle instead of the dots above their 'i's - much like the Disney logo - are considered to be more playful. They also have a creative instinct within them as opposed to people who simply put a dot.

If you just dot your 'i's, it implies that you enjoy an organised lifestyle instead of clutters and are more fuss-free.

6. Spacing

A lot of spacing between your words means that you enjoy your freedom and crowding annoys you.

If you can't bear the thought of being lonely or always like to be surrounded by people, your handwriting will tend to have more narrow spacing.
