Ahmad | 6 years ago | Reply We have seen those concrete structures of Askari 14 and below & low cost housing for the JCOs behind AMC Rawalpindi. They all seep water from roof & windows very poor construction quality. Hardly any officers saw them before giving NOC to live in it.
Iftikhar Ali | 6 years ago | Reply Nothing wrong with using there experience. But government should distribute the projects among different builders and ensure transparency. Don't compare Pakistan or America or Europe. Army has to play a major role given our geography and challenges. However, it doesn't mean, they should not be held accountable. Iftikhar.
