Moin said that the police officer had posted armed police guards of the Special Branch at the house with instructions to keep him away. He claimed that he had not been allowed to meet his family since January 14, 2018.
Moin added that Dal frequently visited his wife and children. “Dal also spread the news that he has married the petitioner’s wife. However, to date, the petitioner hasn’t divorced her. Now he is pressurising me to either divorce her [his wife] or face bitter consequences,” the petition reads.
Moin is currently posted in NH&MP in Quetta. Before Dal’s posting in the Special Branch, Dal also worked at NH&MP where the petitioner claimed that he was subjected to repeated show cause notices and transfers.

He provided the AIG and his wife’s mobile phone numbers and requested the court to order the retrieval of call data record so that Dal’s frequent calls to his wife could be established.
The SHC issued notices to the respondents on October 8.
