Finance minister pledges optimum use of public funds

Hassani says all districts to get equal share in development projects

Provincial Minister for Finance Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani has said money of the people will be spent on their welfare.

“Injustice will not be meted out to anyone. Development projects will be carried out equally in all districts,” said the finance minister while addressing tribal elders, citizens and traders on Tuesday.

Hassani conducted visits of various localities of Chagai district. “The era of pessimism is over,” said Hassani. “Inshallah, all the issues of the district will be resolved.”

Hassani assures basic facilities for masses

While having tea at a hotel with shop owners, traders and labourers, the finance minister said, “Allah, through the power of you people, has blessed me with this post. I will work day and night for your betterment and for the future of your children. No one needs to be pessimistic. Injustice will not befall anyone.”

The provincial minister said, “Public funds will be spent on the welfare of the people. No one will be allowed to do corruption. People will very soon feel the change.”

He said that work would kick off on health and education sectors very soon so people could take advantage of the basic facilities. “Development across Balochistan is included in the priorities of the provincial government,” he said, adding that the administration had been issued orders to take appropriate action against robbers and dacoits.

Peace essential to development: minister

He said that no negligence would be tolerated in maintaining law and order. Hassani also visited the Hindu neighbourhood.
Hindu leader Shival Das apprised the minister about the problems faced by them (Hindu community).

Hassani assured Das that their lives and property would be protected at all costs and their issues would be resolved.
Citizens were gleaming with joy to find the finance minister in their midst.
