SUKKUR: It is our prime duty to create awareness among the youth about the hazardous consequences of drugs, said Blessing Foundation chairman Dr Muhammad Naeeem at a prize-distribution ceremony in Sukkur on Thursday. The rise in the use of drugs has become a cancer for our society and “we should not only keep a vigilant eye on our surroundings, but also make our future generation aware of its damages,” he suggested. He also advised students to take part in social work besides their studies. Sukkur and Larkana anti-narcotics force in-charge, Syed Sher Ali, also spoke. He advised the students to report to them if they find anyone using or selling drugs.
