ABL opens Islamic banking window 

Aitbaar Islamic Banking has been instrumental in providing products and services for Shariah-compliant banking

LAHORE: Allied Bank has said that its Aitbaar Islamic Banking has been instrumental in providing products and services to cater to Shariah-compliant banking requirements of clients through its network of 117 dedicated Islamic banking branches across 53 major cities of the country.

Taking a leap forward to get a strong foothold in the industry, Allied Bank Limited (ABL) recently established its first Islamic banking window under conventional banking at Azam Cloth Market branch, Lahore which was inaugurated by ABL CEO Tahir Hassan Qureshi. Other senior management members present on the occasion included CRBG-North chief Shahid Amir, IBG chief Muhammad Idrees, GH-CRBG Muhammad Amer Sheikh, GH-BSG Faisal Rasheed Ghauri and regional heads.
