Awami National Party leader and Balochistan Minister for Agriculture Zamrak Khan Achakzai has said that ANP has always struggled for the rights of the Pashtun nation.

“The party has always talked about the rights of the people and unity among Pashtuns due to which the people have reposed confidence in the ANP and took it to parliament,” said the agriculture minister while addressing delegations at his home in Quetta on Monday.

Achakzai said, “ANP represents the Pashtuns. The party leadership has given unmatched sacrifices for supremacy of democracy and ensuring peace.”

He said that ANP had fought for the rights of the Pashtun in every tenure.

“In the opposition or in power, the ANP leadership has never compromised on the rights of the Pashtun,” said the minister. “I will never let the trust of the party and the people break.”

He said he would raise voice for the rights, welfare and development of the Pashtuns and bring them on a par with developed nations.
“Through education, nations are developed and we will construct better institutions to provide better education to our people,” he added.
