Unidentified persons blew up the main Wapda transmission line here in the Yar Hussain area of Swabi District.

PESHAWAR: Unidentified persons blew up the main Wapda transmission line here in the Yar Hussain area of Swabi District, police said.

According to the police, miscreants planted explosive material near the main electricity tower that went off with a loud bang.

The tower was completely destroyed and power supply for many areas in the district was cut. Police have registered a case.
