LAHORE: The lost and found centre of the Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control and Communication Centre (IC3) under the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) reunited a lost child with his parents on Saturday.

The six-year-old was spotted raising a hue and cry near Steel Bagh Chowk. The police communication officer in charge of the surveillance camera at the scene had officials from Mohafiz Force rush to the scene so that the child was in safe hands.

Later, after a two-hour long search, the contingent of officers managed to locate the child’s parents and handed them over to their custody. The parents thanked the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) and all the officials involved for helping them recover their child.

Similarly, a suspicious person was also spotted in the same area. Officials searched the man who was found to be carrying an illegal weapon along with bullets.
