
The darbar was washed and bathed with rose water and aabe zam zam on Wednesday afternoon in the presence of hundreds of devotees from all over the country.
The pilgrims entered the shrine through the main gates and were frisked and checked by a large security detail posted at the shrine.
Other gates have been closed for security reasons and several cameras have been installed at the site.
The urs will continue for three days.
