Cornell University held its annual commencement ceremony to recognise and honor its graduates and advanced degree scholars for May and August 2011 degrees.
Basit Riaz Sheikh, a Pakistani student, was awarded a PhD in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Basit Riaz Sheikh is the son of former additional director general Federal Investigation Agency Ahmad Riaz Sheikh and MPA Shabina Riaz.
