According to reports, the party's president left for London in a Pakistan International Airlines flight.
Shehbaz is set to return back to Lahore on Friday with the former first lady's body.
It is also believed that Asma Nawaz, former PM Nawaz Sharif’s second daughter, as well as, other close family members will also return back to Pakistan.

Before dispatching her coffin, Kulsoom's funeral prayers will be held at the Regent Park in London between 1-2 pm.
The funeral prayers will be attended by Kulsoom family members especially her sons, Hassan and Hussain, who will not come to Pakistan due to ongoing corruption cases against them. After the funeral prayers, the body will be brought to Pakistan via a PIA flight that will reach Lahore at 5:45am on Friday.
In Pakistan her funeral prayers would be held on Friday at around 5 after Asar prayers at the Sharif Medical City in Raiwand.
