Intellectual Property: ‘Strengthening IPO regime critical’

Strengthening the IPO will make the business environment secure.

LAHORE: Chairman  Intellectual Property Organisation (IPO) Pakistan Hameed Ullah Jan Afridi has said that strengthening the IPO regime in the country is critical, as it will make the business environment secure and feasible by providing attractive opportunities both for local and foreign companies. While talking to a delegation of Pakistan Chemist and Druggist Association on Tuesday, Afridi said that trade and commerce is the backbone of economy and the government hopes to provide all possible assistance to safeguard the rights of entrepreneurs for sustainable development and economic growth.
