Announces naming three Masjids after martyred Captain Jazib Rehman

Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz on Thursday visited the homes of the martyrs and met with their families in connection with the Defence Day events in the country.

According to a press release, the chairman met the family members of two brothers Naasib Abbasi and Abdul Sattar Abbasi who embraced martyrdom on Melody Market bomb blast and showed his full cooperation.

He also paid tribute to the family members of Inspector Safdar Hussain and Captain Nawabzada Jazib Rehman Shaheed for their sacrifices for the country.

Riaz also announced naming a road, roundabout and three Masjids in Bahria Town Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore after Captain Nawabzada Jazib Rehman Shaheed whose family resides in the Rawalpindi project of the housing scheme.

It further says that the housing scheme salutes the valour and sacrifices of the martyrs of Pakistan by arranging some special events at its projects in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Quran recitations were held at Masjids in Bahria Town whereas special prayers were held at its offices and schools to mark the Defence Day.

In its Karachi project, a newly built state-of-the-art masjid has been named as Masjid-e-Shuhda.

The real estate company has a tradition of celebrating national events with great nationalistic flair.

It added that it is the largest real estate developer not only in Pakistan but entire Asia, with master-planned community projects in many parts of the country.
