Robbery: 0.1m stolen in bank hold-up

NAWABSHAH: Bandits robbed a bank branch of Rs100,000 on Monday and injured the guard who resisted their attack. Armed bandits stormed a bank branch at Sakrand road, took the staff hostage.

The guard, Abdul Kareem Kubar, was injured. The bandits fled with the stolen amount and the guard’s pistol. The injured guard was admitted to Peoples Medical College hospital.
