Murder: Court orders FIR against policemen

Sindh High Court hears complaint against murder of two young men who went missing after being arrested.

LARKANA: The Larkana bench of the Sindh High Court heard a complaint against the murder of two young men who went missing after being arrested.

The court has ordered the registration of case against DPO Larkana and five other policemen. According to reports, Abdullah and  Nazeer Jatoi went missing four months ago after being arrested from Tharri Jatoi village.

Their family filed a complaint with the Larkana bench a fortnight after their arrest. While the case was still being heard, their bodies were found from near Kanga village of Larkana fifteen days ago.

The court ordered the filing of cases against DPO Larkana Mazhar Nawaz Sheikh, former DPO Irfan Baloch, SPO Retodero Meeran Khan Durrani, former SHO Saifullah Bhuggio and one policeman Mohammad Khan Brohi. It has also ordered the IG and DIG Sindh to submit their report.
