Football: Arshavin to stay at Arsenal

LONDON: Arsenal winger Andrey Arshavin has rubbished reports that Arsene Wenger will sell him before the start of next season. Arshavin’s future with the Gunners has been cast into doubt as Wenger prepares to overhaul his squad following the club’s failure to win a trophy for the sixth successive season. He was out of favour with Wenger towards the end of the season, but has spoken to him and is convinced he will stay.
