KARACHI: After Punjab, Thar has emerged as another spot infected with the evil with new cases of child abuse surfacing. The impoverished district of Sindh is already grappling with numerous issues such as malnutrition, poverty and illiteracy. The provincial human rights ministry should take action over such cases before another horrific Kasur-like scandal emerges.
