A minor girl was among five people killed in traffic accidents and other incidents on the second and third day of Eidul Azha.

An unidentified youth in his late teens died near Nazimabad Chowrangi underpass in a traffic accident. His body was moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities. The deceased was riding a motorcycle KJA-0986 which is being checked to ascertain his identity.

Another person died in a traffic accident in Sakhan in Bhains Colony. Eidhi workers shifted the dead body to Jinnah Hospital, where the deceased was identified as 22-year-old Abdullah, a resident of Landhi.


Two young men die in accident

On the third day of Eid, a minor girl died in a traffic accident at Daud Chowrangi. Eidhi ambulance shifted her body to Sindh Government Hospital Korangi, where she was identified as 6-year-old Sameera, a resident of Korangi. The rescue workers said that the girl’s motorcycle was hit by a car.

A teenager died after being hit by a train on Kaala Pul railway track near Cantt Station. Railway police arrived at the spot and moved the body to Jinnah Hospital for medico-legal formalities. Police said that nothing was recovered from the deceased’s possession which could help in identification.

A 48-year-old man, Nadeem died of electricity shock while working at his home. His body was moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by Eidhi ambulance for medico-legal formalities.
