A teenage boy was wounded in an acid attack in Mohallah Adeenkhel in Turbat
TURBAT: Recently, a teenage boy was wounded in an acid attack in Mohallah Adeenkhel in Turbat. Three unidentified motorcyclists had thrown acid on him and the boy received severe burns on his face and chest. The attackers fled the scene. This painful incident shocked the locals as it was the first attack of its kind in the district.
Pakistan is a country where many citizens have become victim of acid attacks over several decades now. Acid attack is an issue that can be stopped but no one seems to be taking any action for stopping it in our country where this crime is increasing by the day.
The authorities concerned should take action for eradicating acid violence in Pakistan on a priority basis.
