Targetted attack: Two soldiers injured in a roadside blast
Convoy targeted by a roadside bomb in North Waziristan district
NORTH WAZIRISTAN:
At least two soldiers were seriously injured when their convoy was targeted with a roadside bomb in North Waziristan district on Monday. Soldiers from the seventh engineering division BD department were on a routine checking patrol near the Dandee Kach Village when their vehicle was targeted using a bomb planted by the roadside. Two soldiers, including Tariq and Zubair, were injured in the subsequent explosion. They had to be shifted to the Bannu Military Camp for treatment. Doctors there described their condition as stable. This the second blast in the region in the past four days.
