Accident: 19 people hurt in bus-truck collision

Airport police impounded the vehicle but they have yet to register the case.

SUKKUR: Nineteen people were injured when a bus going from Dera Ismail Khan to Karachi was hit by a speeding truck at Sukkur bypass on Thursday night. Shafi Mohammad, Farzana, Kamran, Yasmeen, Shahnawaz, Mohammad Khan, Karam Khan, Dur Bibi, Wali Mohammad and others were hurt and taken to Civil hospital. Shafi, the only passenger still in the hospital, said that the truck driver was the one driving recklessly but he managed to escape. Airport police impounded the vehicle but they have yet to register the case.
