PTI introducing system to stop corruption: Suri

Says people of constituencies will know where their candidates are spending the funds

QUETTA: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf provincial General Secretary and winner of NA-265 seat Qasim Khan Suri on Sunday said his party was introducing a system which would make committing corruption impossible.

“People of every constituency will know where their candidate is spending the funds. Through a systematic approach we will save the country’s millions of rupees as we have come here to do something and before going we will give a lot to the country and its people,” said Suri while addressing a delegation, which came to congratulate him on his victory.



He said, “Corruption is tantamount to economic terrorism. Every year trillions of rupees went to corruption due to which the national treasury is empty. First of all we will close the doors to corruption for which the party is bringing in a latest and time-tested system.”
The PTI GS said lavish spending at the government level would also be stopped.

“Expenditures will be controlled through a systematic approach. And the people have seen an example of it during meetings of various envoys with Imran Khan,” he said. “We will bring such a latest education and health system that people will take their children out of private schools and put them in government institutions, while each and every medical equipment will be available at government hospitals.”



He said that the kings of corruption had emptied the national treasury by looting it again and again and piled up international debt for the country to repay. “We will better the condition and improve the living standard and ensure the country stands on its feet,” he added.

“The public supported us in the elections, but now we need even more support because without their support we are nothing … we have come to give the country a lot,” he concluded.
