PTCL: Broadband spreads to 1,000 cities

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced that its broadband services have reached over 1,000 cities across the country, catering to needs of over 600,000 customers. According to a press release, PTCL said this mark has been achieved in four years of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) services through huge investments in expansion and extension of broadband services. Before PTCL launched the service, the company said, it was only restricted to three major cities. PTCL’s SEVP Commercial Naveed Saeed said, “We have many innovative products which we intend to introduce periodically in the near future.” PRESS RELEASE
