I urged the Election Commission to take action against the violators of election laws
WAHI PANDHI: Some days back the Election Commission barred government employees from campaigning for any political party but here in Wahi Pandhi government servants are actively working in the elections campaigns of their favourite parties. The code of conduct set by the Election Commission of Pakistan is being openly violated. As these employees are engaged in campaigning they are not performing their official duties for which they are paid.
In fact pictures of these workers are openly circulating in the print and electronic media. I urged the Election Commission to take action against the violators of election laws and take or recommend appropriate action against the erring government servants for violating their service conditions.
